Goals

Here are the goals I have for right now. As I finish them I will make new ones!

Lose 5% of my body weight: COMPLETED 2/07/2012!!!
Lose 10% of my body weight: COMPLETED 3/20/2012!!!
Lose 15% of my body weight: Completed 3/29/2013!!!!

Jog 1 Mile without stopping: COMPLETE 2013... Not sure the exact date but right now I am jogging one mile!

Jog 3 Miles without stopping! COMPLETE 2/2013! 


Lose 20% of my body weight!
Jog 3 miles in 30 minutes while keeping my breathing regular.
